What to expect from your free appointment
Design appointments usually last between 30 minutes and 2 hours. The time depends on how much detail the client wants to discuss.
You will recieve free impartial expert advice without the sales jargon, we dont like that style, never have and never will!
It’s just a matter of understanding your needs. Then, we create a design. After that, we will email you a full cost breakdown within 48 hours of the appointment.
One of our specialist surveyors will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. It is a non-invasive survey meaning they will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during their visit.
The home measure will typically take between 30-120 minutes.
Your measurements, plan and quote will then be sent back to you within 48 hours for you to go over in your own time. If you like what you see we can then go to the next stage.
